If you send materials for the manufacture of our products from a country outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, above all, import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties). If we can only accept the consignment by paying these charges, we reserve the right to charge them to you subsequently.
